Tangy Cucumber and Avocado Salad

 

A healthy and easy recipe for tangy cucumber and avocado salad.

 

 

Ingredients

 

2 medium sized cucumbers, cubed

2 avocados, cubed

4 tablespoons freshly chopped coriander

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tablespoons chopped onions

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ large lemon

1 lime

Black pepper to taste

 

Method

 

In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, avocados, and coriander.

Next, stir in garlic, onions, salt, and pepper.

Squeeze lemon and lime over the top, and toss.

Cover, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
