For the love of Jelly!

Growing up I was a huge fan of Jelly. I still am! I can eat an entire bowl of strawberry jelly as a meal and be content. So when one of my cousins introduced me to the broken glass pudding, I knew I had to try it out. And unlike most other recipes, this came out well the first time!
When hosting people at home we are so lazy when it comes to desserts. We either try to buy something fancy from out or make the usual jelly and custard or get some fruit and ice cream. Make this next time and you and your guests will be surprised how delicious it is and at the same time how easy it is to make!
All you need is:
  • 3 kinds of Jelly, different colors and flavours
  • 1 small can of condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons of gelatin
  • Water
Dissolve each box of jelly separately, into one cup of hot water. Pour into individual containers preferable flat square ones. Once its set cut flavors of jelly into small blocks. Mix together carefully in a big tray. In a separate bowl, dissolve 2 tablespoons of gelatin in 1/4 cup water. Add dissolved gelatin to the condensed milk and pour over the jelly and chill till set.
