International Food Triathlon At The Kingsbury This September

The Kingsbury plays host to three food festivals this September, focusing on authentic Mexican, Indonesian and Thai cuisine. Having collaborated with the Consulate of Mexico in Colombo, the Embassy of Mexico in India, Indonesian Embassy in Colombo and The Royal Thai Embassy in Colombo, The Kingsbury hopes to promote good relations between these countries and Sri Lanka via an exchange of delicious cuisine and education on their respective cultures

FENGHUANG LOU Reviewed

A couple of days ago, we went to check out the new Chinese Restaurant located at No 43 Jawatte Road, Colombo. The General Manager/Executive Chef Rohana Perera explained that Fenghuang Lou was different from most Chinese restaurants as they did not use any Ajinomoto or MSG in their preparations. Everything was organic and herbal hence more healthy.
