Whether you are in great shape or out of shape, the Body by Kris 6 week fitness plan lets you take a break from your regular routine and start over. Each week we will give you a fitness plan with plain yet powerful exercises to gradually increase your overall fitness and strength.
All you have to do is show up to the gym 3-4 times/week over the next 6 weeks and follow the plan.
