Salome Bites : Boozy Margarita Dessert Shots 

You will need: 

Whipped cream 
Lime 
Mint essence 
A few shot glasses 
Sugar to coat the rims of the glasses 
Green food colouring 
Tequila/rum (optional)

Instructions 

In two separate bowls: 

1. Mix a dash of lime juice, tequila and a drop of food colouring and mix. 

 

2. Mix a few drops of mint essence with the whipped cream. 

Empty each batch of whipped cream into separate piping bags. This too is optional. You can simply spoon them into the glasses. 

Moisten the rim of the shot glasses with some lime juice and dip in sugar. 

Pipe in the 2 batches of whipped cream separately. You can do a few layers if you prefer. Decorate with a lime wedge to mimic a tequila shot!
