The impact of this initiative was profound, with students demonstrating remarkable improvements in their ability to articulate and present their ideas effectively.

Beyond school-based initiatives, BTM has also conducted a specialized communication workshop for over 80 students at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, featuring industry experts. 
BTM’s contributions have not gone unnoticed. The organization was recently recognized for its work at the ILO-SALE Stakeholder Meeting on Startup Ecosystem Mapping held at the United Nations Compound in Colombo. This recognition highlights the role of BTM in shaping young leaders and contributing to Sri Lanka’s growing startup ecosystem. Acknowledgement at such a prestigious platform affirms BTM’s commitment to fostering strong communication skills among the next generation of professionals and leaders.
