What’s the story behind the name you’ve given? 

So he runs really fast and when we usually talk about him we would compare him to a bullet and then gradually in time he just started responding to “Bullet” so that’s how he got the name. 

What are meal times and bath times like? 

Well we feed him 3 – 4 times a day and additionally he will want to eat every time someone at home is having something. He never gets enough of food. When it comes to bathing, he hates water so instead we sponge him with shampoo and water and dry them. Giving him a bath will only get you a hand full of scars. 

Does he do anything out of the ordinary which fascinates you? 

Yeah, he usually waits for his brother and mother to finish eating, and then eats his food. He always makes sure his brother and mother gets something to eat first. I haven’t seen that in cats much as they are usually very greedy. 

What’s his most favourite fun time activity? 

It’s really fun when he is hyper; we always end up playing chase, where he usually runs after a toy or me and also hide and seek. 

What’s the naughtiest thing Bullet has done? 

He once farted in my face. 

How did you find Bullet? 

Well I think someone left him on the side of the road with his mum, and I started feeding them and eventually he became my favourite pet. 

How does he react when you return home? 

He starts meowing until I carry him and give him a kiss.

What’s the best thing about him? 

He is always there to listen to my constant rantings about life with interest. 

What was the most unforgettable moment you have shared with him? 

When there was no one there for me, and he was the only one who gave a little meow and curled up against me almost saying ‘it's gonna be alright’ which immediately lifted my spirits and melted my heart. 

Has owning this beloved pet made your life richer? 

Yes, life is never boring with him around. 

What makes him so lovable? 

It’s those eyes and his soft purring; it just melts your heart.

 

What kind of funny and mischievous things does he do? 

He loves to walk around in the middle of the night and chase shadows.
