Saying meow to Tigger! 

Today for a change I sat down with Tigger the cat to have an exclusive one-to-one about his favourites and not so favourite things. He comes from quite a large cat family, and this family associates their loving mother with the famous character of DC Comics, the Catwoman! Here's what Tigger had to say about his adventures.

What's the significance of the name given to you?

I apparently reminded my mom of Tigger from Winnie the Pooh! No idea what that's all about!

What is a typical day like for Tigger?

I like to find a high or elevated place and then sleep, wake up for food and sleep again.

What are mealtimes and bathtimes like?

Well, mummy gives my food last so that the others won't eat mine. I come from quite a big family, you know! And bathtimes, you crazy? I despise water!

Do you do anything out of the ordinary that fascinates your owner?

Apparently talking to my owner, standing on my legs is fascinating. These humans I tell you, they're fascinated by the most ridiculous things.

What annoys you the most?

Nothing really annoys me. I am such a pet!

What is your most favourite fun time activity?

I love the bed. Nothing can beat those comfy sheets and linen. Definitely getting on it is my most favourite activity. Ever!

What is the naughtiest thing you've ever done?

Well I once, attempted to catch a crow that was on the window and fell two floors down. This would definitely be the most embarrassing thing that ever happened to me, but you know what they say, we have nine lives for a reason. And yeah I was fine.

How were you found?

My mom says somebody had abandoned me and she heard me scream! Ever since it's been 13 years and counting.

What are you most afraid of?

The other male cats at home like to annoy me and have their fun. They can be such bullies!

How do you react when Mummy returns home after a long day?

I like to greet her, and then get on to the bed where all those comfy cushions lie on.

What makes you the best?

Obviously everything about me is quite brilliant, but my mom loves my beautiful coat! (I mean how can you not!) Also I'm a champion hugger and I adore being carried around!

What was the most unforgettable moment you've shared with her?

Undoubtedly, the day my mom found me. I was covered in fleas and some may even call me a bit ugly and smelly but after my mum's momma gave me a bath, and gave me this wonderful place to live in, I knew I was finally home!
