What’s the story behind the name you’ve given him? 

When we first brought him home as a puppy he had big sparkly eyes which we fell for. 

What are meal times and bath times like? 

We bathe him once a week and his meals are twice a day, although he eats snacks in between. 

Does he do anything out of the ordinary which fascinates you? 

Well sometimes he goes crazy and keeps turning around in circles trying to catch his short tail. 

What’s his most favourite fun time activity? 

Playing with the ball. 

What’s the naughtiest thing he has done? 

Pooped on the carpet inside the house. 

How did you find him? 

My uncle happened to be passing by a place where they sell dogs in cages and he just bought him and gave the puppy to me. 

How does he react when you return home? 

He jumps so high right upto my waist and keeps licking me. Sometimes, I think there should be a high jump for dogs. 

What’s the best thing about him? 

How he protects me even though he’s so tiny. 

What was the most unforgettable moment you have shared with him? 

Nothing specific, just having a pet in your life everyday is full of moments you won’t forget. 

Can you share a cute story about him? 

This is a funny story. Once, while I was sitting outside i saw a thalagoya and my dog trying to fight it. Then, I saw Sparky run inside the house. Apparently the thalagoya whacked him with the tail. From that day onwards, Sparky sits and watches the thalagoya from afar. 

Has owning this beloved pet made your life richer? 

Absolutely. 

What makes him so lovable? 

Everything about a dog is lovable, whether it's a breed dog or stray. 

What kind of funny and mischievous things does he do? 

He takes our slippers and shoes and just runs away with it.
