I’m a huge dessert lover. I enjoy cooking as well. So why not start a business doing something that I love?

What are your favourite products and what is the most popular item amongst your customers?
I can make a delicious chocolate biscuit pudding which is also my best seller. But I love any dessert so I can’t really pick one.
How do you find the recipes for your desserts?
Some are my favourite dessert whereas some are experiments and ideas from cooks on TV.

Briefly let us know about the pricing of your products.
I think my desserts are priced quite reasonably compared to those at supermarkets. And I use only the best ingredients so you know you’re getting something high in quality and taste.
What do you see as the secret behind your success?
I think it’s my determination to go far with something that I love and enjoy while working hard at it.
What are the specialties of your cakes/desserts?
I use 100% halal and fresh ingredients. Though they’re simple desserts they taste excellent J

Out of fondant and butter icing, what do you think is the best for cakes?
Fondant is fun to work with as you can roll it out or mould it into shapes. I think icing is a little tricky and you need to be precise when working with it.
Who do you want to acknowledge in your journey so far?
There are a lot of people. Mainly, my husband and my two beloved little girls who always encourage me to go on.
