Come in early and let the merry-making begin with a dip in the pool. Once you’ve worked up your appetite you’ll enjoy the extensive spread our chefs have put together with classic favourites and some new fashioned signature creations too!

Begin your brunch early with a range of the freshest fruit juices or sweet waffles with strawberry, banana or golden syrup for toppings and set the tone for more delicious items to come. The apple, cheese and apricot salad or mildly tangy marinated prawns with orange vinaigrette are a perfect appetizer. Move on to the real feast, which consists of seafood risotto, honey roast duck roulade with orange butter sauce, stewed cinnamon apple stuffed beef steak, vegetable moussaka and much more to savour.
