Darling is back at the Curry Leaf!

Curry Queen Felicia Sorensen will be cooking up her favorite cuisine; authentic Sri Lankan from the 20th to 29th March at the Curry Leaf restaurant. Felicia uses fresh ingredients along with exotic spices to make her dishes distinctively flavoursome. Hilton Colombo’s Sri Lankan restaurant; Curry Leaf famous for its authenticity and fresh seafood, has this promotion annually to offer guests something different.

The guests could also enjoy the fusion rotis and her famous designer hoppers along with freshly prepared seafood and curries, yams and kottu roti. If you are looking for a place to have good Sri Lankan cuisine and the best of seafood prepared a la minute to your liking, then the Curry Leaf is the place.  In addition to all that is mentioned, specialty cocktails and mocktails using Sri Lankan beverage will also be on the menu. The traditional sweet meat prepared by “Amme” are also on the cards.

Sorensen’s skill and reputation gained her entree into the ranks of Les Disciples d’ Auguste Escoffier in 1980, as well as being honored in 1992 as the first Asian Chef to officiate at the Robert Mondavi Winery’s Great Chefs programme. She is Asia’s most renowned proponent of Sri Lankan cuisine. Her consulting for Asian, European and American hotels and restaurants have brought the taste of her islands cookery to a discerning clientele.
