Witness a flavor of contemporary Srilankan Artistry and  the birth of ARTRA Magazine at the ARTRA Launch Festival, a celebration of artistic expression on the 28th of July from 6pm onwards at 143, Dharmapala Mw, Colombo 7 (Cotton Collection premises).

The chief guest for the launch would be Anoma Wijewardene, the abstract painter and cerebral artist who is an alumna of Central St. Martin’s College, University of the Arts, London. Whilst experimental and psychedelic music will be played by Triloka and the musicians of Musicmatters at the ARTRA Launch Festival, original tracks by Cynosure, Salvage, Asela Perera, Magic Box Mixup and ART will also be performed, along with a preview of a few theatrical performances, which are scheduled to be staged in the near future.

The visual Art stretch at the venue will showcase an array of Art installations, some of them larger than life, which include mixed media, paintings, masks, puppetry, photography and design by CoCA, the Collective of Contemporary Artists, Isuri Dayaratne and Milinda Saputakorale and many more renowned artists and Art circles.

Entrance is free, as the ARTRA Launch Festival is an endowment to the lovers of Art.
