    Hi Chris,

    You need to also talk about the breathing Technics for every individual exercises since it's a very important things in weight training to help the muscles to breath in good air & also excel the hot air that is in the body & muscles right?. Cause alot of trainers does not give the proper breathing Technic to their clients and they end up doing everything wrong. Since I too am a personnel trainer & instructor.

    Thanks for your comment Carl, breathing techniques are very important and we mentioned them briefly during the first few episodes. We will be doing a series of videos about the basics of exercise including how to breathe correctly when performing exercises soon.
