Oct 18, 2012 10:18 amWhy does Kris (or anybody) wear a cap inside the gym? Would it not effect the temperature of one's brain and nerves? I thought health experts advise to do cardiovascular and weight training with as less head gear as possible? Would be great if Kris can clarify this. Thanks

Oct 25, 2012 07:15 amKris wears a hat because he is bald :) Also, he wears a cap while working out to regulate his body temperature, as the gym is fully air-conditioned. If you wear clothing which makes you feel good, confident and comfortable to exercise you will find that your motivation levels will rise and you will have a better workout.
