CHEST FACTS :  When working on your chest, you have three different areas you want to focus on: the upper chest, the mid chest and the lower chest. The upper chest makes up about 1/5 of the whole chest mass. This week we will focus on the upper chest.

    Dear Dumi, Thanks for your question and for watching our training videos. Generally, we recommend that you incorporate these exercises into your workouts twice a week for around 6 weeks to get results. Of course, results will vary depending on how your body responds to exercise, your current level of fitness, whether you fuel your body with adequate nutrition and if you give your body enough rest to recover and develop effectively. Keep training hard!
