There are very few dances as infectious as SALSA.
As the product of the unique confluence of Latin, African, North American, and European influences, Salsa is immensely popular in practically every corner of the globe.
The basic steps are just the beginning, as the dance involves not only your feet, but your legs, arms, head, core, and, of course, your hips! Practically every part of your (and your partner's) body forms a piece of the kinetic whole, driven by the percussive African Rhythms.
So whether you're a beginner or have some Salsa experience or whether you're learning solo or with a partner, Dharshan is ready to take you through an effective workout while dancing all the way!
In today’s segment get ready to forget all your worries, leave that stress behind and dance to the beats of SALSA!!
Although SALSA involves 4 basic steps, we have broken 2 of them down for your ease. Enjoy!
