May I know what brand of heavy cream do you use? Is it just fresh milk or fresh cream?
Hi sue.I used Redman heavy cream. But you can use Anchor or any other brand too. Some brands like Redman already contain sugar whereas certain other brands, you will have to add sugar depending on the sweetness needed.
