The Yuppie Review has found its match in fitting all the good things on a menu onto a column in the form of Sea Spray at the Galle Face Hotel, whose sheer abundance of goodies has brought us back around to the seaward restaurant with a truly versatile menu offering.
The restaurant itself is split into two informal sections with the alfresco dining area overlooking the Indian Ocean and more in favour of unwinding with a view of the sunset, while the indoor area plays host to a much more formal ambiance.
The seating indoors fits a limited number of patrons and offers a sense of semi-fine dining exclusivity and all the goodness of the menu that encompasses a sheer variety of dishes. Something of an intimate setting, the indoor dining is well suited for a rest, relaxation and indulgence away from the open skies.
