There is some truth in the statement made by Milliaka Sherawat. Many women in India agree on this that "India is a regressive nation for woman" It has some of the highest rates of spousal abuse, rapes including children, infanticide , child prostitution, child labour. However much anyone denies it, one could not hide from facts and figures.
