Veteran actor/filmmaker Roy de Silva’s latest English movie ‘It’s a Matter of Love’ is slotted for release at the Majestic Cineplex, Bambalapitiya on Friday, May 10. The film which is the second part of his earlier movie ‘It’s a Matter of Time’ will feature Irangani Serasinghe, Vijaya Nandasiri, Lucky Dias, Anarkalli Aakarssha, Rosy Senanayake, Saranga Dissasekara, Nehara Peiris, Ronnie Leitch, Keshiya sLeitch, Corrine Almeida and others in the lead roles.

 

  

 

The romantic movie with a passionate storyline features Saranga Dissasekara and Anarkalli Aakarssha as teenage lovers while this will be Nehara’s maiden film exposure.

Director Roy de Silva has written the story, screenplay and dialogues while his celebrity wife Sumana Amarasinghe has contributed immensely as the Production Executive, Costumes Designer and Locations Coordinator.

 

 

Praveen Jayaratne is the film’s editor and sound engineer, music has been composed by Shobi Perera, Sohan and Yasmin sing the sole captivating duet ‘The Moment I Saw You’, Pushpakumara Bandara has handled the camera while Priyantha Pathirage was the assistant director and Mahesh Nishantha the still Photographer.

It’s A Matter of Love which showcases Sri Lankan talent in English movies, is indeed a podium for a novel Sri Lankan film experience.

    this may be a novel idea....but picking ANARKALI AKARSHA as a teenager lover is laughable............SARANGA IS A GOOD CHOICE ..as he is popular nowadays with the small screen.............there are better female choices such as DINAKSHIE PRIYASAD....and so on................

    Agree 100% with Shamilan. Whilst Saranga is the absolute best for the role considering his talents and popularity, they seem to have messed up the casting with getting Anarkali to play the lead role, when there are many more talented actresses in the country.

    Dinakshie Priyasad will be ideal for the role with her perfect English and Western looks. Besides She is young. Anarkali is just too old, She cant act too.
