Double the Fun with Sybil Wettasinghe and Power of Play
This November, Sulochana Dissanayake and the Power of Play team present a double bill of Sybil Nenda’s best beloved tales in celebration of International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
On Friday 7th November, from 5.30 to 6.30pm Cargills Bookcity, Majestic City hosts ‘Poddai Poddi’, a heartwarming tale that celebrates the life changing power of industry and teamwork.
Then on 8th November from 10 to 11am, Expographic Bookstore in Pelawatte will feature ‘Hoity the Fox’ - discover how the generosity of three wise village women teaches a cunning fox a valuable lesson!
Watch these timeless stories spring to life with puppets, dialogue, music and movement.
Entrance tickets at both venues are priced at Rs. 750/- per participant.
Parents are encouraged to accompany their children to make this a true family experience.
