Salome Bites - How To Make Tiramisu
Another simple dessert, this is a cheat version of tiramisu and more suitable for children as it is sweeter!
What you will need:
Milk coffee or milk (to soak the biscuits in)
Tea biscuits
Sweetened whipped cream (just add 3 spoons of icing sugar)
Instant coffee powder
Method
Mix the coffee powder into the whipped cream. Start with a teaspoon and add according to your preference. A mild espresso flavour is ideal.
Fill the cream into a piping bag and set aside.
Soak the tea biscuits in the coffee and place them in a bowl. Pipe a layer of cream on top of it and repeat layering with cream and biscuits alternatively.
Dust lightly with a little instant coffee powder, refrigerate and serve.
