AUTARCH: Japanese and Thai cuisine under one roof

The historic Dutch Hospital Shopping Precinct recently welcomed a fresh culinary addition: Autarch. This new restaurant, a joint venture by Janaka Dias and Upeksha Seneviratne, promises to elevate Sri Lanka’s dining scene with a fusion of Japanese and Thai flavours. The grand opening of Autarch was marked by an event attended by media and guests. The evening showcased the restaurant’s unique ambience and provided a preview of its culinary offerings.
