TNL Onstage 2012: The second preliminary round

The second preliminary round of TNL Onstage kicked off at the Galadari Hotel yesterday (15 June).

There were a couple of great performances throughout the evening but there were some issues with the sound, which made it hard for some of the competitors.

One of the performances included a mash up of 'Set Fire to the Rain' and 'We Will Rock You' that was actually quite good.

A unique performance in the band category yesterday was from a hip-hop band that is apparently the only hip-hop act in TNL Onstage 2012.

All in all, just one thing should be said; there is a lot of untapped talent out there and with a competition such as TNL Onstage, it gives a chance for fresh and raw artistes to prove themselves to become the next big thing.
