The Nrityagram Dance Ensemble, one of the foremost dance companies in India and the Chitrasena Dance Company, Sri Lanka’s leading dance group brought together two of the most beautiful and enchanting traditional dance forms: Odissi and Kandyan, for an evening of excellent performances titled “Samhara: The Braid” at the Lionel Wendt on Saturday the 12th of May.
