Veteran beautician Janet Balasuriya passed away this morning, while receiving treatment at a private hospital in Colombo.
She was 79 years old at the time of her demise and leaves behind five children.
A pioneer in the Sri Lankan hair and beauty industry, Janet Balauriya was recognised both nationally and internationally for her extensive work.
