The Jaffna Music Festival held on 1 and 2 March 2013 in the city of Jaffna at its spacious municipal grounds, brought forth an eclectic musical selection ranging from classical to folk, contemporary to fusion giving prominence to groups representing all ethnic communities across all regions of the island.

The festival which is being held for the second time in Jaffna, is the sister event of the Galle Music Festival, last held in 2012.
