Ishara Gunaratne last week opened 'Bella's Arcade' amidst friends and family. Catering to little girls ranging up to young women, Ishara whose had no prior designing expertise has taken on the challenge to fill a void which she saw in the market.
Offering cute dresses for little girls, Ishara also has a stock of casual outfits on display. The store is easily located and hard to miss.
Ishara has also designed and manufactured a range of unique pieces for evening wear including cocktail dresses.
