Sri Lankan talent Julian Simonsz cranked up the competition as he sang Stevie Wonder's 'Superstition' with fellow The Voice Australia competitor Krishool in the Battle Rounds, and moved into the next round.
Newly-wed Julian Simonz has been singing professionally for the past three years. He recently married his girlfriend of seven years and the loved-up pair has postponed their honeymoon for his blind audition on The Voice.
Of Sri Lankan heritage, Julian was exposed to both eastern and western music from an early age and has developed a broad genre base that skews passionately towards R’n’B and pop.
He has recently completed a Bachelor of Audio Production; skills that he applies when writing and producing his own music and lyrics
