Jacqueline Fernandez to launch restaurant in Sri Lanka

Former model and Bollywood starlet Jacqueline Fernandez is going to launch her own restaurant in Colombo this month. The Sri Lankan beauty recently bought an island off the coast of Sri Lanka and now she is venturing into her own business.

A source close to Fernandez told Mid-Day that the restaurant will be launched this month.

“Despite having a busy schedule, Jacqueline is taking a keen interest in this project. She is also going to design the interiors of the place, as the restaurant will reflect her style and personality. In fact, many of Sri Lanka’s Who’s Who are expected to attend the launch,” the source was quoted as saying.

Fernandez confirmed this news, adding “I have always wanted to open my restaurant, but I could not get down to it in all these years. Now I am excited about finally realizing my dreams. I am quite looking forward to the project.”

Fernandez may be venturing into a side-business for the first time, but it is nothing new for the big names in Bollywood.
