One of Bollywood’s odd couple Sajid Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez who reportedly fell in love with each other on the sets of `Housefull 2`, have finally called it quits.
The 42-year-old filmmaker’s rocky relationship with the 28-year-old former Miss Sri Lanka had earlier made headlines. According to a leading daily, the duo took the decision to part ways earlier this week.
“Sajid and Jacqueline were having serious issues since February this year. But they have many common friends who always helped them patch up. Their efforts worked for a while, but the cracks kept resurfacing,” a source close to the duo confirmed the reports.
It is said that Khan’s possessiveness about the leggy lass acted as a catalyst in killing their relationship. “He was always protective, but at times too possessive of his girlfriend; Jackie brought out his prudish side. He had issues with the way she dressed, her roles, everything,” the source added.
