When I was a kid I was always under the notion that good things always happen above the sky. I assumed that the clouds were made out of cotton candy and rainbows from Bunty toffees (Oh so I wish!). Things that happen above the clouds aren’t always the sweetest when you are a grown up. In the era of cyber domination, many young people express themselves via Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. Many videos go viral and create fads like the Harlem Shake; twitching like a bunch of electrocuted worms at offices, schools and even onboard planes and notorious dangerous dares such as the cinnamon challenge; teenagers ingesting cinnamon powder and throwing up. Unfortunately for the airhostess’s these online crazes eventually make their way up over 30,000ft..jpg)

There was a bunch of college students travelling with us today, and all were pretty excited about their field trip to Scotland. Teenagers do get bored pretty easily after a couple of movies, a few good group pictures and playing charades, they started a game of truth or dare. Initially seemed pretty innocent fun, the crew let the teenagers have fun as half of the plane was filled up with them. One of the dares was to squeeze through an empty meal cart, which did annoy my colleague a bit. However as no harm was done, the chaperones were not alerted at first.
After the meal service, while walking pass the toilet my colleague couldn’t help noticing a few kids giggling, hanging around a particular lavatory. Informing us, she went down to investigate and pushed the door open. Shockingly one teen was standing on the toilet seat and taking a dump in the small tiny sink instead while recording it from his smart phone! Screaming with disgust she locked the door from outside and screamed at all the teens hovering around to see how the dare is going on. As their chaperones were devastated by the behavior and made the teens apologized the purser decided to let them get away with it for once, without informing the authorities. Even so, we were feeling terrible informing the cleaners what to expect behind the locked doors of that lavatory, and who ever cleaned would have cursed the culprit for life!
Love, Dany
