Minoli De Silva will headline an exclusive evening, ‘Beyond the Plate’ in conversation hosted by Genesis – The Dilmah Centre for a Sustainable Future on 27th May 2026 from 4.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. at t-Lounge & bar by Dilmah – The Shoppes at City of Dreams.

The intimate event will explore the intersections of food, culture, sustainability and identity through an engaging moderated conversation and audience interaction.

Best known for her celebrated appearances on MasterChef Australia and for her acclaimed restaurant Ella by Minoli in Darwin, Minoli has gained international recognition for bringing contemporary Sri Lankan flavours and deeply personal storytelling to global audiences. Her journey from engineer to chef, entrepreneur, and cancer survivor has resonated with audiences far beyond the culinary world.
